Quiet oasis amidst the bustling fun

The pool area was my favorite place, with serene gardens nearby and plenty of sun loungers. Every morning, the breakfast had fresh options, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.

However, the heat at night made it challenging to sleep as the lack of air conditioning left the room quite stuffy. Also, a bit more evening entertainment variety wouldn't hurt.

My friends and I had an amazing time! The indoor pool was perfect and the games room had us laughing all night. The entertainment was top-notch—definitely don't miss the tribute nights! Also, the location is really convenient for...

The Merton hotel had a lively atmosphere, perfect for families. I loved the pool area, especially the water slide and the outdoor section. The entertainment options were impressive, with shows for kids every night. My room had two separate bedrooms, perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and gave us ample storage. The staff were friendly and attentive, making dining easy. Breakfast was plentiful, but sometimes dishes seemed a bit cold and the layout was confusing. I found the distance to public transport slightly inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was slow at times, making it frustrating to connect. Although we enjoyed snacks at the lobby bar, some options felt pricey. Overall, great family-friendly environment, but some service improvements are needed.

I loved the beautiful outdoor gardens, offering a relaxing space for seniors, with easy access via wheelchair ramps and lifts throughout the hotel, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our

stay enjoyable. The room we had was spacious and clean, but the bathroom needed some updates. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, particularly catering to vegan diets. However, the hallways could be quite noise-sensitive at times.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super cozy with a nice shower and good light for my makeup. Breakfast had a ton of options, and I appreciated the friendly staff. The only thing was, it got kinda hot at night without AC. Also, the pool is across the street, so we didn't use it much.
